SUMMARY: The internal auditor is under the direct supervision of the executive secretary of the Oglala Sioux Tribe Gaming Commission. The incumbent is responsible for conducting audit inspection, and investigation and gaming inspectors to insure the infectiveness of the Oglala Sioux tribe internal control standards and guarantee compliance of the operations.
The incumbent is responsible to insure stringent department compliance with following: Federal &States Labor Laws; PWC Policy & Procedures & tribal state gaming compact, OST Ordinance 94-01 w/amendments; Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) Title 31 Regulations; OST Gaming Rules & Regulations ; ost internal controls standards (TICS);PWC Employees Hand Book, Department Policy & Procedure manual ; and the USA Patriot ACT.
