SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operation of the Front Desk and One-Touch Service promoting quality guest service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and increase room revenue.
- Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years resort front desk experience preferred.
- Computer literate with strong mathematical skills, and Data entry knowledge
- Possess excellent quality with phone and communication skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a required OST Gaming license.
