EAST WIND CASINO MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for the daily operations and all activities of the East Wind Casino.  Reports to the OST EB&D Committee for the overall tactical and strategic direction of the property.  Ensures all aspects of operations are conducted as efficiently and effectively as possible in order to maximize profit potential.  Directly supervises East Wind Shift Supervisors.  Performs all functions in accordance with federal/state/tribal laws and statutes, the mission statement and objectives of the company, as well as established policies, procedures and controls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or related field) and 2 years of job experience in Casino Management, OR 5 years of directly related gaming experience and 2 years of supervisory experience (can be concurrent with the job experience).

•  Provide a Degree of Indian Blood if claiming Indian Preference
• DD – 214 if claiming veterans preference
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test pursuant to Casino policy
• Must obtain and maintain an OST Tribal Key gaming license.
