DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY:

 

The Dining Room Supervisor is under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager.  The incumbent will be responsible for the general operation of the Dining Room.  The incumbent will ensure all guest and employee satisfaction.  Shall enforce policies and procedures developed by the Restaurant Manager at all times in addition to enforcing Prairie Wind Casino’s policy and procedure, as outlined in the Employee Handbook.  Shall enforce the MICS, Title 31 Rules and Regulations, and NIGC Rules and Regulations as it pertains to the Restaurant, protecting the business assets and ensuring the integrity of Prairie Wind Casino at all times.  Shall additionally enforce the State of South Dakota and Indian Health Services Codes.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Must pass an alcohol and drug test.
  • Apply for and obtain an OST Support Gaming License.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s license
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum of two years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry preferred, with an emphasis on fine dining.
  • Have verifiable reference from previous employer.
  • Have proper documentation if applying for Indian Preference.
  • Have DD-214 if applying for Veteran Preference.
