Valentine’s Dinner at Stronghold Restaurant

On Friday, February 11^th and Saturday, February 12^th from 5pm-9pm each day, Stronghold Restaurant will be hosting a three course Valentine’s Dinner for only $70 per couple.

Start out with a fresh raspberry haze salad, featuring baby spinach topped with purple haze goat cheese, raspberries, and candied walnuts and served with a raspberry vinaigrette. Then, choose between two mouth-watering entrees: Soy Ginger Chicken – 10 oz. of pan seared chicken paired with quinoa, edamame, and kale salad; or Filet Oscar – 8 oz. filet topped with lemon and tarragon hollandaise with crab served alongside asparagus.

Finish your meal by sharing our delicious Buzzing Strawberry Cheesecake – creamy vanilla cheesecake with strawberries covered with Szechuan button strawberry sauce – with your date!
