SUMMARY:

Responsible for the daily operation of the Front Desk and One-Touch Service promoting quality guest service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and increase room revenue.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years resort front desk experience preferred.
  • Computer literate with strong mathematical skills, and Data entry knowledge
  • Possess excellent quality with phone and communication skills
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a required OST Gaming license.
